I was nervous about coming back to workout during COVID but Kathryn reassured me about the protocols they follow and I have felt very comfortable working out there. Kathryn is a great trainer—she gives me a lot of positive feedback and she is able to motivate me to always do that extra rep! I have had many trainers over the years but Kathryn is one of the very best I’ve ever had. Her always cheerful attitude is a real plus too!

Additionally, I have developed significant core strength that has eliminated my back and lower extremity pain.
