Jen Harrigal is the best! Every step of the way she has been there to guide me in the land acquisition process, which I just closed this past week, and now in the home build process. Our experience with the Raines Group was excellent. We were especially impressed with our realtor Kimarie Martin who went above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor to put the property in the most marketable position possible. I was also impressed that the Raines Group had specialists available at each step of the process from the initial listing to the closing to facilitate a very smooth process.

The Raines Group was a dream of a real estate team to work with when selling our home, and planning a cross country move. They were quick and professional, and made themselves available to any and all questions my husband and I had throughout the process. They gave great suggestions to enhance our home, with even better suggestions for contacts to assist with completing the tasks in under two weeks.
