My trainer referred me to this place. She asked me to do Cryo therapy and the red lights therapy. I ain’t going to lie I was not ready for the cryo but I tried it. It was soooo cold. I think I was in my head. They put the temperature is down 150 degrees. As soon as I saw the smoke coming up I was like oh hell naw let me out! He wanted me to stay in for 2 minutes but I could only do 30 seconds. I’ll try it again next time now that I know what to expect. I loved the red light therapy. You’re in a room on one of those vibrating contraptions with red lights. This is my first experience with this kind of service and I think it is super cool. Rene helped me with everything and he was awesome! He explained everything in great detail. He was super nice. He provided me with shorts, socks, headband to cover my ears and slippers to go in the cryo machine. I highly recommend you try this place.
