Golfed over the weekend. The course was clean and well maintained. The greens had very consistent speeds. After the round, I could not locate a lost item. Riley and his staff in the shop and golf shed went above and beyond to help me and followed up promptly. They did this while a tournament was underway! Thanks to all; I recommend and will be back again.
Course has been in great shape all year. They have done a phenomenal job with this place. The staff throughout the entire club are all amazing. Great price for such a good course.
I recently played this course and, honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The only real positives were that the greens were fantastic—they rolled fast and true—and the clubhouse was very nice. Those were the only high points of the day. However, the rest of the experience was frustrating. Not Fun to Play: The course is extremely tight because of all the houses lined up along the fairways. It doesn't feel challenging in a fun way; it just feels overly restrictive. If you're a long hitter, forget using your driver. You'll be hitting long irons or hybrids off the tee constantly just to keep the ball away from the hazards or the nearby homes. It really takes the fun out of the round. Fairway Conditions were Awful: Maybe it was just October, but the fairways were in terrible shape. They were seriously chewed up. I often found myself with a bad lie—even in the middle of the fairway—due to dead grass patches, bare dirt, or even big puddles even though it hadn't rained recently. It was hard to get a good strike all day. Overall, it wasn't the resort experience I expected.
Well, it’s a gorgeous day and the greens are green and the golfers are having a great time. When I have some time, I’m definitely gonna play as a beautiful course.
It’s 2025 and we’re still gatekeeping with antiquated collar rules? Are you kidding me? You’re not Augusta. Great job growing the game guys. I showed up today in a Nike Golf Shirt. It does not have a traditional collar. I’ve included a screenshot of the shirt in question from Nike’s GOLF collection. The model is even wearing golf spikes. It’s not like it’s a graphic tee or something. It’s a Dri Fit modern performance golf shirt. I’ve played at multiple courses (nicer and more expensive than this one) with shirt without a single question asked or eyebrow raised. The antiquated rule is one thing. But the timing is even more egregious. Traveled 20 minutes with my 2 year old and got there at 6 PM knowing the course closed at 7 PM. I had called ahead making sure it was ok that I brought my 2 year old son with me and stated that I wanted to take the last tee time of the day so that we didn’t slow anyone up and I could be the last one on the course and stay out of everyone’s way. I showed up purposefully with only an hour to play knowing I wouldn’t even make it through 9 holes. It’s really that much of a detriment to the credibility of your establishment at 6PM that someone wears a non collared shirt for 5 holes? What an absolute joke.
