I absolutely love TSL. I came in as a complete beginner and feel myself getting stronger every single day. What makes it even better is the community. It’s such a special feeling to push through a tough workout together and see the same friendly faces week after week. The owner and instructors are amazing, and I’m so thankful I found this place.

I love group exercise, but I haven't had this much fun in a while! Did I get all the cycle choreography? Nope! But that's OK. Everyone was encouraging and went at their own pace. The instructor was phenomenal and brought great energy! I highly recommend everyone take a class!

Started my membership in January and it was the best decision. I did not have any cycling experience prior to starting but after a few months my confidence grew. Everyone is friendly and the instructors are amazing! Love the variety in classes offered and the different themed rides. Would definitely recommend trying it out.

Sweat Lab is great, love the owner, Chris’ spin classes M, W, F, and Sun. Great community of regulars all ages and pain tolerances. :D Always leave having been challenged with a smile on my face. Barre classes are fun, too.

The most amazing classes, teachers, and community. As a former D1 athlete I was burnt out and nervous joining a gym. The teachers are immediately welcoming and have awesome energy that make classes and working out fun again. There are tons of different classes (spin, sculpt, yoga, barre, and combos), music themed classes, and lots of times to pick from! It’s also an inclusive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. I love Chris and Amanda’s 30 min spin 30 min sculpt class. I wasn’t expecting to meet some wonderful new friends who are so supportive in and out of the gym. I’ve been going for about 8 months and am so grateful for this amazing Durham institution!
