We recently had our wedding at The Warehouse in Brisbane, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning — such a beautiful mix of heritage character and modern elegance — but what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible team behind it. A huge thank you to Cassie, Mariah, Olivia and Jenna, who were all amazing to work with. Their professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care made the whole planning process so easy and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made sure everything on the day ran smoothly so we could simply relax and enjoy every moment. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. We couldn’t recommend The Warehouse more highly to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an outstanding team.
Thank you for the best wedding ever!!! We had the best experience with The Warehouse. The venue is absolutely stunning. So much space to work with. We fell in love with the beautiful arched windows, brick walls and rooftop space for cocktail hour. We wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding. The Warehouse, coordinator and all staff went above and beyond. We felt so comfortable and relaxed all day. We received so many compliments for the food and drinks. We loved every minute of our wedding at The Warehouse. Cannot recommend them more highly! Our ceremony was simply perfection and then the reception was the perfect ending to the day. 🤍 Thank you for making our wedding so special!!!
Attending the Crimson Rose Masquerade Ball at The Warehouse in Fortitude Valley was an unforgettable experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning – a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern elegance, setting the scene beautifully for a night of gothic glamour and mystery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the evening, ensuring everything ran smoothly and guests felt welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection that impressed everyone. The event was truly magical – a fantastic mix of talented performers, unique market stalls, and an incredible crowd of beautifully dressed guests. The atmosphere was electric, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. A huge thank you to everyone involved – can’t wait for the next one!
The Warehouse was a wonderful and magical experience for our wedding! The staff were incredibly helpful and on-point at all times. The food was amazing and left everybody (even the foodies amongst our guests) more than satisfied! A couple of things that needed to be said were; Earlier in the piece, they informed us that they were having renovations to the Hall that we originally booked for our reception, that would be ready by our wedding. After expressing my concern, they assured me that it would be ready and our wedding would be the first cab off the rank. However, Cyclone Alfred happened and caused delays, so the Hall was ultimately not available for us. However, they did do a perfect job of holding our reception, along with our ceremony, in the Loft, which they did a fantastic job of 'flipping' during cocktail hour, where we all went up to the rooftop. One other problem that this caused, was that there were no elevators for our more mobility-impaired guests, but there were staff members to help them out. I had hired their big LED screen (originally in the Hall) to play an animation I had made, and they did a wonderful job of setting that up in the Loft. It played well all night, but at a specific point where everyone was to watch the animation, there were some technical difficulties, but the staff at the Warehouse swiftly fixed that, even getting their technician to come back to the location from home. These are the two drawbacks we experienced, but they were only minor, and overall, we were all very thrilled and impressed and and ecstatic that we had our wedding at the Warehouse, and would certainly recommend them!
We just had our wedding here and it was PHENOMENAL! It was honestly the best day ever! This whole process, from the moment we booked with Cassie to then meeting our planner Jenna has been so effortless and smooth. They know what they are doing. They make you feel like you are the only wedding/event they are looking after and you are always a priority. The food was unbelievable. The service was just amazing, our guests have only said positive things about the whole team at the venue! Jenna, is just a weapon and legend! She truly makes you feel like you are so special. Our day was as good as it was because of her. You can not go wrong in choosing this venue and team to have your wedding. We will never forget it. We just want to do it all over again!
