Thomas was great! Service was extremely prompt. Thomas caught a dangerous leak and explained everything to make me feel comfortable with the process and safe with the new water heater. He replaced and updated every bracket and installed additional safety measures as well. This was my first time working with this company and I would 100% recommend them to my neighbors, and I will be using their services in the future.

Shawn R came in with his installation partner and replaced a leaking water heater for us. Even though the water heater was in our attic crawl space which had a small access door, they were very professional and quick to get the job done. They even confirmed everything was good after installation! Hopefully we won't need their assistance for a while, but glad I had them come in, as The Water Heater Company was the right company to have helped us out. Completely recommend them!

My Experience The Water Heater Company has been all positive, specifically Daniel my Technician. He was very honest with the assessment of my current unit and we decided to go forward with replacing my unit. As the clock turned 630pm we decided to start the work immediately. With being in Field Service, I was very impressed with his dedication to start work immediately and working the late hours close to midnight. Just A++++ service. The actual work done was beautiful and up to code. I am glad this company came my way when I was shopping around for this type of service. I recommend this Company 💯.

Thomas helped to install this great tankless water heater after our conventional water heater had issues. Removal of the existing unit was all taken care of before the same day installation. Professional and straight forward, would recommend for your water heater needs.

When our existing water heater suddenly failed, Zach from the Water Heater Company came through on short notice to install a tankless unit—and we couldn’t be more grateful. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Zach took the time to answer all our questions and made sure everything was done exactly as promised.
