I absolutely love this studio. The people are so kind, the instructors are incredibly sweet and genuinely care about you. I have never enjoyed exercise but I look forward to my classes at The Well every day. The studio is beautiful, clean, and always smells so good. Highly recommend!

Lexi is so uplifting and created this space so we could have a community of like minds. I have met so many friends here!! I feel like my body is starting to transform already. I am new Pilates and I must say I’m so happy I tried hot Pilates. It forces you to slow down and breathe. Just reflecting 3 reasons why Pilates feels good, I’d have to say it clears my mind of any negative energy or thoughts, it feels loving to my soul, and sets peace within my body. As an avid gym goer, I’ve never felt the way I do with Pilates. 10/10 recommend!
