The Yoga Space has become one of my favorite studios in Portland. The space is beautiful and peaceful. The teachers are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The classes can be challenging, which I like. I learn and deepen my practice more each time. Also really enjoy their online morning flow classes during the week. Highly recommend The Yoga Space!

The Yoga Space is one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to. The building is super cool and has an amazing vibe. The teachers and the front desk staff are very warm and welcoming. The classes are also amazing! So lucky to have this gem in Portland!

Absolutely amazing yoga studio - we had one class with Allie. It was a good restorative flow, with sound bath at the end. Very clean overall and the large room with the glass windows gives a one-of-a-kind experience with great accoustics. I’d come here more often if I’d live in the area.

I was normally a confident and outgoing person but a life event left me in a tough space and feeling a little down. I'm an engineer and not exactly "spiritual," but I heard yoga is great for improving wellness so I decided to step out of my comfort zone and give it a try. Michelle, Ian, and all the other amazing teachers were supportive and non-judgemental of my nervous energy. I left every class feeling relaxed and glad I went. I highly recommend this studio!
