I am CELIAC, so my food experience will be different than the normal diner. They serve the same basic 10" GF cardboard crust as other pizza places that carry the all ready made crust, but try to dress it up differently with different toppings and are able to pull it off as far as taste goes, but not the texture. It's still like cardboard. The sad thing is, they charge an extra $5.99 for that crust on top of the charge for a regular pizza dough crust. The CELIAC patron pays more than anyone else, and doesn't get to enjoy the taste of a real pizza. I will say that the salad bar was the best part of eating there. They do need to check on refilling it more often, as it was low on items with 3 hours of dining left to go. The service was lacking in the type of help that is needed in a pizza shop.

Spent 160 dollars on takeout because the menu looked good. Decent reviews on doordash. The food was VERY underwhelming. I couldn't get through a bite of the cauliflower, and the crazy bread was so dry. The chicken Alfredo and Mac and cheese is edible, but lacked any flavor. It was hard to push through it. I don't know. Very disappointed. We work hard for our money, and it was not a good Saturday night experience. Won't ever be back, and won't recommend it.

It feels like a sin to say it, but frankly? Just go to Pizza Hut instead. Unfortunately, I can't say we really enjoyed our visit. The staff was very friendly and service was reasonably fast, but that's about the best I can say. Right off the bat, it's a bit of a bizarre experience walking into a pretty modern pizza joint and having exclusively 70's music playing. It felt more suited for retirees in Florida than a pizza place in the middle of Fort Wayne. That I can overlook, but the menu I can't. Nowhere that we could find anyway was the size of their pizzas actually printed, just two different prices. They have a note about vegan crust sizes being 10.5" or so, so you'd assume that's one of the sizes, right? Wrong, it's 9" and 12". I don't understand how you can fail on such a basic level, it's just an objectively bad menu. As far as food goes, the pirelli (basically cheesy bread) was pretty decent, but the first one they brought out to us was pretty badly burnt. They quickly came back to apologize and replace it for us free of charge, but the fact that the kitchen didn't catch it to begin with is a bit of a failure in my opinion. Sadly not the worst one. The pepperoni pizza, in addition to being too expensive, was absolutely swimming in grease. The crust was actually very good, but otherwise just not the best. Finally, we've never tried carbonara before, but I can say I don't think it was very authentic. Or good. Both my wife and I got a single bite in before we pushed it away and didn't touch it again. We were very excited to try Three Fires, we took what could have been a lazy afternoon and decided to leave the house just to try it. But at the end of the day, not impressed. I don't like giving such a negative review, but there's not really any getting around it. We had a bad time and I don't think we intend to give it a second chance.
