Arc has great customer service. I had an appointment on the 20th at like 1 o’clock. I called in yesterday. He answered the phone I asked him could I come in today? Well yesterday before my appointment to get my oil entire change he was so pleasant and helping me get an appointment yesterday so I can get everything done to my vehicle. I love this place. They have great customer service. All the men in there are always smile and always willing to help very informative about your car any car and I love that because I’m not to Car knowledgeable I know enough but not a lot so that really is great for me so when I take my car in there, always know what’s going on afterwards and before and I love the fact that before you pay anything they would like to do the work and explain you what was done what warranties you have and when would you have to come back for certain things like oil changes and stuff like that? Very knowledgeable I love this place. They are very good. I’ve been here twice and they always treated me. So sweet and nice. Very clean. They have a nice waiting room in the bag with water little music plan is very nice so if you look at for somewhere, that’s very knowledgeable not only on tires but everything else with your car go there they are amazing.
My family has been using this Tire World location for two generations now. Recently I took my vehicle in for a check engine light and tires. Art specifically worked with us. His customer service and communication is beyond great. He took care of us and our vehicles in a timely manner.
Was told by 2 other companies that I needed my brake pads changed, but these awesome peeps looked at them (for free) and said I didn't. They good people. Highly recommend them.
Using the dropbox to service my vehicle off this morning. After an oil changed last week to get an oil leak done that was discovered during the oil change. They asked me to put UV reactive dye in the oil and they said that they would service it soon as I drew over around 50 to 60 mi. This was $100.00 to put the dye in. Then they would detect and fix the leak. When I called at approximately 9am the person Mike picked up the phone and confirmed they had my keys in hand and would let me as soon as they knew where the leak was and confirmed that they wanted me to fix it. The day went on and 2:30 p.m. came around and I called again because I haven't heard anything. When Bo answered he said that they had no keys and there was no ticket for the vehicle. The communication at this location is ridiculous and they do not coordinate appointments very well. No way am I ever going to use Tire World again to service my vehicles!
