Truly love this hotel, this was our third visit. Corner rooms are huge, bed amazing and leather sofa comfortable, huge bathroom with large bath and huge shower. The quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in, absolute bliss! Restaurant and bar large and vibrant, gym well equipped and all to myself! Things to consider: The size of the rooms meant it was pretty cold, management brought an extra heater up for us EV charging is a flat rate of £15 Parking is £10 per day Uber into town avg £10

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff and excellent food. Stayed overnight for a friend's birthday and had the evening meal and breakfast. Both being excellent. The rooms are large and very comfortable. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, got a package deal for dinner, B&B that was really good value and booked into the Spa the day of arrival. Spa: hydrotherapy pool, sauna, saunarium, foot spas (not working on our visit), steam room, two experience showers plus a loungers, free herbal tea and water and a relaxation space (which was a touch too chilly to properly relax in!). The spa is small but well priced at £20 for 2 hours access for hotel guests. We both had an express treatment for £45 and they were great. Was very dimly lit and a little noisy but nice enough for a couple of hours relaxation. Treatment tagged on to the end of the 2 hour slot which was great. Room: room was fab - well decorated, spacious and well appointed. Beautiful bathroom with a nice shower and robes/slippers provided, all great with the exception of TERRIBLE PILLOWS!!! Room was set up as a twin and both beds had awful lumpy pillows. It was also very dimly lit. We had dinner and breakfast, both enjoyable and good value as part of the package. Location: didn’t really explore, just went to spa and recharge but seems quite an industrial area but with good links to central Liverpool and Everton Stadium. Overall a lovely stay in this impressive building only let down by awful pillows and the dim lighting.

We were really disappointed with our stay overall, particularly due to the lack of communication and several avoidable issues. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for access to the Maya Blue Wellness spa. After emailing ahead prior to arrival, we were told that we would have access to the spa facilities the night we arrive. However, on arrival the hotel reception told us we had not been booked in and after showing the member of staff the email we had been sent there was no apology or solution. After emailing about this further, we received one initial reply saying it was fully booked, but after explaining the situation straight away, we received no further response at all. We were also told there was no availability the following day either, which was extremely frustrating given this was the key reason we booked the hotel in the first place. In addition, food service was very slow at first, despite there only being 10 other tables when we dined, there was a 40 minute wait for 2 medium rare steaks, however the next course did follow quite quickly. The room itself had several issues: the air conditioning was very loud and would randomly turn on during the night, waking us up repeatedly. The pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep, and to make matters worse, we both woke up with bites after sleeping in the bed, which is obviously very concerning. That said, the bar staff really stood out and deserve recognition. Andy and Daisy were fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The waitress in the restaurant was also lovely and did her best despite the delays. Unfortunately, while some staff were excellent, the overall experience fell well below expectations, especially given the poor handling of the spa situation and the lack of follow-up or resolution.

Honestly expected a lot more from this supposedly luxury hotel. First of all when I checked in the blond lady at front desk was extremely rude. She aggressively repeatedly asked for my name and reservation number then got upset when she realized I had prechecked in already. She practically threw the envelope with my room key at me and didnt explain anything about the hotel to me. For the price you pay for a room here I would expect a friendlier check in experience. If you cannot be kind to all guests please dont work a front desk job. Thankfully the concierge Arnav Singh was SO kind and hospitable. He definitely made our stay. He showed us to our room, explained everything in detail about amenities which we ended up using the beautiful spa. Arnav helped us with commute to Anfield and gave great dinner recommendations. That is the type of guest experience I expect from a place like this. Also the rooms are very cold, the heater doesn't do much so if you stay during the winter I recommend bundle up with blankets!
