Let me start by saying that the whole experience was brought to another level because of Ziriah, she was super helpful, kind and made our day! I hope she see’s our review and know how much her thoughtfulness mattered to me. Grateful 🙏🏼 Now getting to spend time with my handsome grandsons and watching them enjoy their self was awesome! Golfing is a great fun filled sport that does take practice and skill and I hope they get into it and stick with it. Topgolf allowed me to gift them this experience and made it easy to get into the “swing” of things. I was a bit intimidated, as I know nothing about golfing. But the boys seemed to pick it up fairly quickly with the help of Ziriah. It’s just a really nice place to enjoy with family and friends. I also wanted to mention the Manager Greg on our way out he took the time to ask how we did, and really cared that the boys had a great time. He also made sure to invite us to come back. It’s nice when the Managment takes time to chat with their visitors. Thank you Topgolf, we will be back really soon!

I left this message in a survey, no one ever followed up with me after so now it’s going here on google reviews. In June, I was celebrating my birthday, so I showed up about 12 minutes early just to make sure I got checked in for our 2 bays in time. The man at the desk, I forgot his name it started with a C, was rude. He seemed irritated that I was there early and made it known that I was too early. I told him when I walked up that I knew I was early and didn’t mind waiting for the actual time of the appointment, I just didn’t want to be late, so I don’t really know what his issue with me was. When we finally got to the bays, neither of them were reading our hits, we had to ask an employee to help and fortunately he got it working right away. The staff were informed it was my birthday, and we watched the people at the bay next to us get delivered a birthday treat, which never got delivered to me or my party. We had some left handed players, and the server seemed very inconvenienced to, but made sure to bring us clubs. Then, we didn’t have an additional tee for the lefties to use. When we requested one, the staff seemed confused as to what we were asking for, and another customer from a different group came and gave us their extra one. Overall pretty mediocre for the $60 booking fee and over $200 playing fee. Don’t think it was worth it, especially when the food is also pricey on top of the $260. Probably one of the worst experiences for a birthday, and I wish we had made other plans.

After 1 week of being a Platinum member I’m beginning to regret spending money for their monthly club membership. Now that I’m a member I find that I must have my bill corrected after every visit. I’m referring to food and nonalcoholic beverage service. Now that I’m a member it seems like TopGolf is trying to exclude me from any other savings and also over charge me every time. I showed a manager all my receipts today and the answer I received was, “This happens every now and then to everyone.” I know how hard the hosts work for the customers so I tip from 75-100% on every check. I’m bothered that I must show them what corrections must be made and then they need to let the manager know so it can be corrected. The manager I spoke with today, without hesitation, placed the blame on my host. I doubt it, since I purchased this monthly membership and golf for free now, someone or something (POS system) is deliberately overcharging me on every visit with such conscious inaccuracies. Please fix this issue because I enjoy this place, except for the complacent manager from today, to take my family for a good time. In the last 2 weeks I’ve visited over 5 times with new people every time. Spending money every time to go with the free golf I receive from being a member. But I can’t see myself continuing to visit with such incorrigible behavior or tactics. This may be just some big mistake or I may just be aggravated and dissatisfied by this manager’s cynical and laxed generalization of the situation. He could not pass off blame fast enough.

Wow this place is ran down. Had reservations at 415 got there round 4pm. Ask the very rude female at the front if we start. Before I could finish she spoke over me n said no no we have an hr wait. Rude. We got to bay. The the machine kept not functioning on us throughout the game times. Remind you pay per 30min to play. Ordered food for the family. Don't waste your time or money. You get very little for the cost paid $14 for nachos and got like 8 chips. 3 out of the 5 chairs at our table could not even be used they where broken. Had to go inside to the waiter and waitress area and asked somebody. I'm Frank to give me refills on drinks. Went to the bathroom and there was no tp at all Management needs to put money back into this place.

The place is really nice and really enjoyed the time there. The clubs they supply are great if you don’t bring your own. The staff was really nice and helpful my server was on point on the beer. The games they have are fun and can really hone your skills oh ball placement. The mini golf course was nice to kill time
