Town Jewelers is the BEST!! My fiancé had my engagement ring made with them and had such a great experience that we got our bands with them as well. Hamid is fantastic and custom made our rings to be exactly what we wanted. He’s a literal artist and listened to exactly what we wanted. Not only does their work speak for itself, but this place has so much heart and everyone is so friendly. We can’t recommend Town Jewelers enough!

I highly recommend Town Jewelers. The entire staff is kind and transparent with pricing. My partner and I came here several times throughout the engagement ring selection process and never once felt pressured into making a decision. Hamid and his team were very informative and gave us all the resources we needed to make an informed ring choice. They are very responsive by phone and email, and overall the experience was very pleasant.

If you are looking for a local shop to get an engagement ring or wedding bands, this is the place to go! Hamid is awesome to work with. He is a friendly guy and he is excited to help you design whatever ring suits for fancy. He will not try to upsell you to buy something you don’t want or need — he truly just tries to find something you’d like. He keeps cost transparent and is easy to communicate with over email. Overall my (now) husband and I really enjoyed collaborating with him on both my engagement ring and our two wedding bands. We couldn’t be happier!

I absolutely love Towns Jewelers Inc and Hamid! My fiancé and I went to so many places while searching for the perfect engagement ring, and nowhere came close to the attention, care, and genuine love we received at Towns. Hamid made us feel completely at ease and worked closely with us to bring my dream engagement ring to life. It is absolutely beautiful! I cannot recommend this place enough. If I could rank them 10 stars out of 5 I would. My fiancé and I had custom rings designed by Hamid here, and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We walked in on a Saturday without an appointment and he made time to see us and listen to our ideas about what we’d like in our rings. We were able to see stones based to what we designed within 3 days of our first visit. Hamid was responsive and walked us through multiple rounds of revisions to incorporate our suggestions into the final ring designs. They worked with our tight timeline and our budgets to make our engagement work exactly as planned. Everyone working there is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone who I talk to about jewelry in DC.
