Let me tell you... I needed to get a piece of jewelry repaired and shined. One night recently, I called around and everyone was saying it would take a few days. Thing is, I didn't have a few days, bc I needed it done for the very next morning! Good thing is they closed at 8pm. They told me over the phone they could have it done in about an hour, but when I got there at 659pm, they told me that they didn't think they'd be able to do it right then. I begged. Man, they delivered and not even an hour later, but 52 MINUTES LATER, they had it done and I was able to do what I was needing to do the next day! This is my new repair shop. THANK YOU, TREASURE ISLE! You are the best and I want everyone to know it! I'm not saying they will do this for everyone, but I'm so glad they did it for me! Turns out, my fiancee, now wife loves it!!!

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up my ring & you’d think they’d allow a couple minutes to look over your ring to make sure you’re happy with it? Nope. The female was extremely rude and rushing to pay. She continued to huff and puff b/c I was looking over my ring longer than she 2 seconds. She slammed the card machine down twice and continuously mumbled stuff under her breath. Extremely unhappy with end product. Would not recommend getting anything done or buying jewelry from them.

If you have scrap gold you want to sell I suggest you avoid this location. I came in with 9 grams of 14k gold which currently has a melt value of $736. They offered me $250 which is 34% of the current melt value. It’s common to offer somewhere between 65% at the least up to 90% at the most for scrap gold based on the total melt value. I understand they need to make a profit when they turn around and sell it to the refinery but offering someone only 34% of the actual value so they can make 55-60% in profit is ridiculously predatory. This is just a warning to save anyone time if they are looking for a decent reputable gold buyer in the area.

I had a chain on a very special feather necklace of mine get tangled. Super tight. I was a nervous to damage it, especially if it meant messing with the links. Took it here and was so pleased with the service. They fixed the chain right up. It was as if the tangle had never even happened. Very kind people too. I highly recommend them and trust them with any of my jewelry. Thank you!!! 🪶
