My session with Christopher felt completely transactional. He read from a screen and appeared to rely heavily on AI tools to transcribe and generate responses rather than engaging authentically. There was zero genuine connection or therapeutic skills demonstrated. Most concerning was his obvious lack of interest in actually working together long-term. It felt like he was burned out and just filling appointment slots across multiple jobs rather than being present for clients. If you're not genuinely invested in helping people, don't be in a service profession.
We worked with Sepideh Zoufonoun, she was wonderful understanding the situation, showing empathy. She took her time and explained things in a very simple way which helped to improve the daily anxiety and become more stable mentality. We appreciate all the help and support we got. Thank you
I met therapist Ana Varnavsky who doesn't express any empathy to client, not well manages time, didn't provide professional help. I went to get some preventive grief therapy. I didn't receive any one word about it. I asked to relief my family situation, and she recommended to keep my feels inside until my family members will be ready to contact with me.
I am a therapist who has ADHD and focuses on ADHD in my practice. I attended a webinar with Natasha. She developed and presented the information in a way that was easy to follow and understand. I was somewhat hesitant to learn DBT for some time now, but Natasha made it very interesting!
Natasha gave a wonderful presentation that I attended through Care Solace. It was so clear and concise that I felt I could bring some of what I learned into sessions the same week! I look forward to attending an extended training (if she has one!) in the future. Truly grateful for the presentation, and on a larger level, for all that Natasha does and gives as a mental health professional!
