I am very happy with the transfer of my data and user interface, from my old Dell to my new Dell. Logan did a great job. I wish I could give them and him 5 stars just for that. However, there were delays in getting it done, so I was without a computer for 8 days. They were always polite and willing to explain things when I called.

This was the best repair experience I have ever had. Logan was friendly and professional. He not only helped me fix my cracked screen, but the back glass and charging port as well (during a second session). The service was rapid, too! Within 1-2 hours for my case, usually earlier than the estimate!
