This is my favorite location! Geo and his team go above and beyond to help out with what you need and are very efficient. There have also been multiple times where I know I have been an inconvenience however they still give the best service. Not only do they do an excellent job (NICE stereo system installs!) but I also notice that they have a good rapport with everyone that walks in the store and there is a fun vibe.

Can not say how pleased I am with the work done on my 1969 GTO. Ben is the ultimate professional. My goal was to keep the GTO looking all original with no indication at all that there was a stereo system installed. Been re-did my trunk using a custom box he built. He used custom paneling with black vinyl and carpet hiding two 10 inch subs, the battery and the amp. He installed my deck inside the glove box. The trunk looks so good now and there is no sign of a stereo, keeping the car looking classic and original. But boy does this thing sound good. Louder than I ever imagined. He worked hard with me to stay in my budget and he got the work done exactly when he said we would have it done. The staff are super nice and welcoming. These guys are doing it right. I went in because my radio/backup camera’s Apple car play wasn’t working. Custom sounds had put it in probably a year ago. Geo told me to come on in and they would look at it. They thought it needed an update to the software but it still wasn’t working and Geo and the technician continued working to figure out the issue. I was so impressed. Geo stated the cord couldn’t transmit the data for the new Apple update and suggested I purchase a new power cord. I did, and now it works perfectly. Geo and the technician wouldn’t give up until they figured it out. On top of that there was no charge! Thank you! Excellent customer service. Personal and professional!
