I visited the gym as a guest not that long ago, and I fell in love with it ! Has the best state of the art equipment & it’s always clean !! And I love that it’s not over the top crowded the time that I went. Taylor & the rest of the staff are incredible, and make you feel like home. They also have outstanding coaches like Shelby !! I highly recommend joining UFC Gym in The Heights, you won’t regret it.
I love this place! I do personal training as well as Jiu Jitsu classes here and I can't say enough about how supportive of an environment it is, I feel like I'm part of a community. They have multiple female coaches who actually specialize in self-defense, which makes training here incredibly safe and empowering. As a smaller woman, I love that I’m never paired with a guy unless I request it. Rebecca is amazing as a personal trainer. She has a deep background in kinetics of the body and neuroscience so she is truly knowledgable when building my routines. She’ll even show up to jiu jitsu when she knows I’m coming so there’s another woman on the mat. And Taylor and the whole staff? Top-tier. If you haven’t tried this gym yet, you’re missing out. Go. Seriously.
I came across this gym about a year ago or so, didn’t really think much of it. Until recently, I decided to look up MMA gyms near me. And sure enough, this one came up. Decided to call, and joined on the phone once I talked to them. Been here for about a month, and can honestly say, very great gym! Everyone’s friendly! Great vibe! Great environment! Coach Carsen definitely helps out a lot! He’s the best! The BJJ, kickboxing, and Boxing classes are fun, great! If anyone is skeptic, trust me, just try it out! Definitely worth it!
I recently joined UFC GYM and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and has everything I need for a great workout. Plus, the gym is easily accessible with plenty of parking, making every visit stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay active!
Choosing this gym has been one of my best decisions by far! Being consistent with working out becomes easy with all the great, knowledgeable couches and class schedule. They host MMA conditioning, boxing, kickboxing and HIIT classes all week. Small community feel and the facilities are always in good condition. There are competitions and challenges throughout the year.
