I was torn between coming here or not, and I’m glad I did. My first class I had so much fun, I enjoyed every bit of it and every week look forward to my next class! My instructor was so kind and patient, those in my class were also very respectful and supportive. As a beginner I’d definitely check this place out, glad I decided to come here!

I trained here for a while, and honestly, if you’re just starting out or really committed to improving, this might not be the best place. The gym seems to focus mostly on the more advanced fighters, and beginners or people trying to build a solid foundation often get overlooked. Coaches didn’t give me the consistent guidance I needed to fix my basics, and a lot of times I had to figure things out on my own. If you want serious coaching and attention to develop your skills from the ground up, I’d look elsewhere.

I came in my first day after not boxing for four years. I got to work with two young coaches who were probably 20 years younger then me re teach me the fundamentals. He did a great Job introducing the newbies to the sport ,that I now want these two young men coaching my kids to ensure they will have a safe and assuring learning experience. I recommend this gym for the young men and women, those two young men are focused, determined and full of passion that I will be a fool not to throw my kids on the bus with these young men as they go through their Boxing Journey 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

Ive been going to United for the past month or so as a complete beginner and i have got to say it is amazing! The instructors and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They encourage you to never give up without being too pushy. Its a great and healthy environment for those starting out. If you ever thought about joining a boxing gym, join this one. Hands down it is the best in the city!

I have been boxing at United since July and I cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s clean, the staff are welcoming, and everyone is working hard. My coach pushes me to give my best, but does it in a positive and encouraging manner. Because of my incredibly coach Keli, I am stronger, mentally more healthy, my body is getting toned, and I feel more confident that I could defend myself if I needed to. What’s most important to me is that my mental health is beginning to stabilize because I am learning to focus my attention on the present. After every session, I leave United happy, healthier and stronger.
