I'm never coming back here again, it was terrible. The vacuum cleaner couldn't pick up anything; it was a complete waste of our money.

I paid for the basic wash, the “deluxe”, and it didn’t have any soap! You have to upgrade to actually get soap! Then it barely dried the car, so I was basically paying for a hose.

Awful. Paid for 2 different vacuums, and neither of them worked. Tried to go through the touchless wash, but it wouldn't even let me pay. Still have a dirty car, so I'm headed somewhere else.Anywhere else but here.

Poor customer service, the automatic car wash caused damage to the left rear wheel, sent United Car Wash an email to advise them of the damage and their equipment might not be properly aligned. Over a week no response, have used this location for many years, never using them again. Might have given them a second chance, but no response that tells me enough.

Great pressure from the water leaves my car clean, unlike some of the touchless washes out there. Of course I prefer these to the bristles or flaps of other car washes as those always seem to scratch the paint.
