Denis and Urban Appliance are fantastic! He is reliable, honest, knowledgable. I had a very old wolf gourmet range with obsolete parts and he made an excellent diagnosis, found the parts, and charged a very reasonable amount. Highly recommend. Although appliance repair is not something you ever hope to do often, Denis will be my go-to if/when the need arises. 10 stars out of 5!

Denis did a fantastic job fixing our LG washing machine. First, he was incredibly responsive, helping us diagnose the issue virtually and scheduling a visit on a Saturday. Second, his pricing was very reasonable. Third, his communication was wonderful. Fourth, he quickly fixed the problem and showed us how to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend!

Denis helped repair our stove. He was incredibly easy to communicate with. He was on time and kindly explained what the issue was and why he was making certain recommendations. We have dealt with lots of repair people in the last few months and Denis stands out as a professional for his knowledge and kind approach. Would definitely recommend working with him.

I am so pleased with the repair that Denis completed on my LG ice maker. He responded to my request for service quickly and came out at the promised time. After assessing the problem he came up with a potential solution and suggested a way to test if that was the actual problem. After testing he ordered the part and once it was installed the ice maker is working again. I highly recommend Denis for appliance repairs!!

Denis helped us repair an outdated Ikea Microwave-Oven combination. The microwave's power button was stuck, so we couldn't use it. It was very easy to get a hold of Denis. I really appreciated how responsive Denis is to messages. We were able to agree on a time for him to come in for an evaluation of the problem. Right there and then, he was able to find and order the required parts. Denis then came back about a week later to repair the microwave oven. I really appreciate that he provides an accurate estimate of the timeframe within which he will arrive. He was incredibly professional, meticulous and clean in his approach to fixing the problem. I really like that he would communicate with me what he was doing and why certain steps that he was taking would take longer. At the end he repaired our microwave for a very competitive price given the amount of effort he put in. I would highly recommend his services, he is incredibly smart and reliable! We will definitely reach out to him for any of our appliances repair.
