I came here to get my recommended transmission service done and Emily and Jose told me no and wouldn't warranty it if I did do it. Yesterday I got my oil changed and the nice older gentleman recommended that I get it done. Then while I was smoking in my own car Emily told me I couldn't do that and made me put out my cigarette. Emily did hardly any work but kept jumping back and forth between bays just watching the other guys work.

I have got oil changes at this location several times and every time has been a good experience. Never once have I ever been treated poorly. They are always quick and friendly. The folks today were exceptionally great! I will always go back to this place as long as I live in the area! AND their prices are fair!! I checked another place JL and their prices started at $85 for a convention oil change. Here I paid $47 and that was with a $7 off coupon. Very affordable.

Went here to get inspection. Well took over an hour. Sitting in car for that long. I was told Shop Manager/ inspector had a conference call and I had to wait. They were turning away other customers that wanted inspection. This was unacceptable. If you’re getting on a conference call, then send me away. Not make me sit there for over an hour. Poor Customer Service. I saw 6 people get their oil changed before I was finished. Working on 1 more oil change. I recommend it coming here for State inspection.
