Great service! Four boutianeres, 3 bridesmaid bouquets and one Bridal bouquet in four days!!!!! Wonderful people! They understood why it was such a rush request. I will definitely use Watson's flowers again!

The women I’ve been speaking with at this florist is Diana, Christina and Marissa. Diana was the only nice one. If I could give less stars I would. I would suggest you find another florist. I had Marissa, who is the supervisor hang up on me very unprofessional. Tried telling me they did the flowers exactly like I requested, which is incorrect . I was wondering why they wouldn’t send me a picture of the completed flowers after taking the hydrangea out and putting in the stargazer like I Requested and now I know why! The first arrangement they sent had a big hydrangea flower in the front of it that I never asked for, and it cheapened the flowers. It didn’t look good. It was not the arrangement I was going for a funeral. I asked that that be removed and that only be removed and nothing else. Requested stargazer put in its place. I wish I could put pictures on here but what they did was they took that out they took a rose out. They took all the greenery at the bottom out. I asked for them to send me a picture they sent me the first picture the one with the hydrangea in it and that’s when I asked if they could do a stargazer instead to make it look more classy. They took so much out of the arrangement and left a big gaping hole in the front. It looked horrible. I will never use this place again. I’m in California. Therefore I could not go to the florist myself plus I’m disabled so I had to do all of this by phone. I asked a picture to be sent when they put the stargazer in, but they refuse to send me a picture the second time so I called the church that they were sent to asked the Secretary could send me a picture and she did and I was shocked when I saw it. I couldn’t believe that they cheapened it like they did and took out all the greenery at the bottom just to add the stargazer and a rose and other fillers. . Extremely disappointed in this place.

I ordered from this Florist twice only going off of pics online and had them delivered to my wife's office, she said both times the arrangement was breath taking and everyone that comes in along with the office staff always comment on how magnificent and stunningly beautiful the flowers are! To the point the rest of the the ladies on the staff have taken the information down to have their husbands to order from Watson's, they tell her she's so lucky to have her man send her such stunning flowers.

Beautiful! Reasonable-good price. My Dad sent me to get flowers for my Mom for their anniversary when he was out of town. The selection they had was perfect and each unique and these are the ones my daughter and I picked for her. The shop worker was so kind and sweet, and gave us a good travel box to put the glass vase and flowers in. So beautiful with such stunning variety and now daysss later I just refreshed their water (they gave us 2 flower food packets to take home) they still look as good (or better even) than day 1! 💕💐

I had an excellent experience at Watson Flowers today. Diane was kind and very helpful in guiding me through the process of picking out the right flowers and giving me great ideas. My wife said this was the best bouquet she has ever received. The quality and presentation were outstanding. I highly recommend Watson Flowers for anyone looking for thoughtful service and beautiful arrangements. I will definitely be returning here for future life events.
