Had a great experience with West Coast Audio & Tint. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I wanted a tint to keep the heat out of my car and the gentleman explained what material would be best for that and how much of the heat would be kept out. They were able to do it same day! Thank you very much to the new owners and staff and I will be coming back for any future needs.

I’ve worked with West Coast Audio in West Sac before, but this was my first visit to their Elk Grove location—and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Sam and his crew did an outstanding job installing and tuning my sound system, and the window tint came out perfect. With new ownership and 4 strong locations, West Coast Evolution is now my go-to spot for anything audio or tint-related. Solid work, highly recommended!

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the car window tinting service I received at West Coast Audio and Tint in Elk Grove. My experience has been very disappointing, and I’m concerned about the damage that resulted from their service. On 8/12/2024, I had my vehicle’s windows tinted, but the initial application left numerous small bubbles in the tint. Logan, the sales rep, acknowledged that the bubbles were noticeable and explained that they might not be able to remove all particles or dirt from the windows. I wish I had been informed of this beforehand. He offered to redo the tint or refund half of what I had paid, so I opted for the redo and paid the remaining balance. I returned a week later, on 8/19/2024, to have the tint redone. While the bubbles were removed, I discovered a much more serious issue: parts of the rear window’s defroster lines were completely ripped off. Logan explained that some of the defroster lines were damaged when removing the old tint, but he didn’t inform me of this risk beforehand. He also did not acknowledge that the rear tint still wasn’t up to standard, and he claimed there was nothing more they could do. This damage to the defroster lines could compromise the functionality of my defroster, affecting my ability to drive safely in adverse weather conditions. Had I known about these potential issues upfront, I would have made a more informed decision.

Had my Cybertruck wrapped, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality and service. Took my new car here to get the icon rocklear coating and tint package, Logan took care of us an accommodated us is every way. Hes very knowledgeable about the products and he even came in on his day off so we can pick up our car on time. The car looks fantastic, and we are happy with the service we got. Customer service A+.
