Westwood Athletics is an amazing community, great equipment, and has thoughtful owners. It’s a gym where people are genuinely focused on bettering themselves, which makes it feel safe and welcoming for everyone. As a woman, I’ve had uncomfortable experiences at other gyms, but at Westwood, I’ve always felt safe & supported. Everyone is focused on their goals, and that energy makes all the difference.

Very Nice Equipment, everything in the gym is Rogue Equipment. Super clean bathrooms and towels provided for the sauna and cold plunge. Best local gym in RVA where the members truly care about the equipment and facility.

Westwood cares. I've never been to a gym with more thoughtful ownership who is conscious of what they offer, what their clientele wants, and how they operate their business. The gym itself is always clean and orderly and that comes from the top down! Hands down the best gym I've been to!

This gym has everything you need, and more. It’s clean, organized, and well laid out. The same and cold plunge are an added bonus after your workout. The space is never super crowded, which is awesome. I also love the flexibility that I can go anytime, 24/7.
