Fantastic place and people. My pup hates having her nails clipped but they are so patient and caring with her. The team here is very knowledgeable and compassionate. You can tell they enjoy being around the dogs.
We have one beautiful baby girl that Miss Jess has been grooming/working with for over 8 years, maybe closer to 9 years...(but who's counting) and another high-energy doodle that Jess has been grooming/working with for four years. She's always pleasant, always does an absolutely amazing job with them and gets them looking amazing on every visit. She and the Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Raleigh team truly care about our pups and us honestly! Although not the closest location to our home, it's worth the drive to know our pups are being taken care of! Thank you, Jess and the entire team for all that you do. You've certainly won customers for life.
I came in last minute, my husky, Zeus, decided to roll around in a mud pit at the dog park, and i had a 6pm meeting i could not miss. I came in at 4:30 to do the self wash (ive always got him groomed, I never did it myself). I got him shampooed and everything just got, but i didnt know how to blow out his undercoat or anything. Im STRESSING out big time because i thought imma miss my call. Amanda, the groomer who works there took care of me and more importantly, Zeus. She dried him up for me and took care of his coat, which by the way is shedding big time. She got all the fur out for me and I can not state how much I recommend her to anyone. I got home just in time for my call and I will be using her moving forward for sure. Thank you Amanada!!!
Jess is wonderful! Our Cavapoo puppy adores her and she is so thorough and kind with him. Would definitely recommend her time and time again!
