Just attended Sarah Louise’s NEW class this Sunday morning— Gentle/Yin — and loooooved it! Such a wonderful mix of stretches and relaxation, centering and calming— perfect for a weekend. I will do this again soon! Thx to Lisa Barca (another amazing yogi here) for recommending Sarah Louise.

I had such a great experience at Yoga Pulse Studio. The studio has such a good vibe—welcoming, peaceful, and the perfect place to reset. Elysia was amazing—her energy and the way she guided us through the flow with poses, visualization, and sound made the class both grounding and uplifting. The second hour was really special. She led a plant-inspired workshop that tied self-care and growth to how we nurture plants. Some people brought things to share, which added to the sense of community and connection afterwards. It honestly felt like the perfect little getaway to ground and recharge. Thank you, Elysia and Yoga Pulse Studio—I’ll definitely be back!

I joined the Saturday (8:30 am) Flow class this morning taught by the amazing and cute(!) yoga instructor Lisa Barca! Had a solid workout and a relaxing and centering experience all around, with the yoga session in a large, wall to wall and tall-mirrored, wood-tiled room with inviting natural lighting and soothing background music. Lisa helped us with alternative poses while pushing us to do more, to get stronger and more flexible with each breath and twist. I can’t wait to go back for more, and I bought a 5-class discount package so I will be! A couple days ago I attended a Yoga Pulse yen session with another great instructor, Elysia, who added wonderfully soothing acoustic bowls at the end — so I know this neat clean welcoming place has a variety of classes for different moods, levels, and challenges. Yoga Pulse is inviting, with a feel of a friendly community and staff and patrons who all love what they are creating. I highly recommend this unique yoga center for classes at all levels and people ready to greet one another in a genuine, positive spirit each day.

Ali is the best yoga teacher I've ever had the pleasure to do yoga with, besides that the studio itself is very nice, I love that she uses the healing bowl sounds and when I've gone I've had the best experience and feel great at the end of the class. They also have a yummy smoothie bar. My favorite yoga studio!
