Took my laptop to Your PC Repair Shop having spilled a cup of tea on the keyboard. The guys explained all options and possibilities, checked it all very quickly and kept in contact. I was hoping for a miracle and I got one! have a working laptop! Recommend 100%
Ive had issues with my PC recently and these guys have always been helpful. Offered advice over the phone, would highly recommend.
I have used the shop several times for Data Recovery, Laptop repairs, parts and upgrades. Murray has excellent technical knowledge, I've always found him pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and very competitive with pricing. He also works to recycle as much tech as he can. This saves your old tech from the dump, helps the planet and gives other customers more cost effective options for replacement tech, and the choice to buy refurbished or new. Murray honours the warranty given with the refurbished items he sells.
Shame there is not 6 Stars to award because my experience in dealing with them for a Lap Top Issue that was worrying me was pure joy. I was pointed in their direction by a member of staff in Currys/PC World as being able to solve my Lap Top issue possibly quicker than they would be able. And he was right as Derek (?) sorted it out within 10 minutes. He now has a customer for life now. Very trusting and honest IMO. as this business goes above and beyond
