I came to them for the first time with a broken nail (and it turned out there was another broken one as well) for a full manicure and pedicure. There was a misunderstanding about the price, but they made sure to clarify it in a way that felt very fair to me. There’s no doubt that they are all professional there — including the staff I saw working on other clients. However, any additional work on a nail comes with an extra charge, so it’s best to ask them about it beforehand.

I’ve been getting BIAB for over two years at another salon and I love this gel. I recently started going to Zoe Beauty Bar as I moved house, and have had my nails done twice with them. They wouldn’t do a refill of BIAB in my first appointment because I had got my previous set done elsewhere. But the biggest issue is the BIAB doesn’t last? After 1 week I had some issues and it has now been 3 weeks and I had to file down my pinky because both sides cracked away. My previous salon would last 4-6 weeks and still look perfect. I see so many gorgeous nail sets in the reviews but both of mine have not lasted more than 2 weeks.

I was so lucky to get a quick on the spot booking as they’re always busy. They’re literally only had 15 mins spare! I was only in Melbourne for holiday and wanted a little treat for myself. Was hoping only to get a solid simple colour done but the tech was so lovely and gave me manicure treatment as well! So I will definitely come back and make a BOOKING next time 😆 thank you for making my holiday special, Zoe’s team!

I’ve been going to Amy and her amazing team at Zoe Beauty Bar for almost a year now and I’ve never been disappointed. Their attention to detail is next level, my nails always look perfect and last so well. I usually have my appointments every 5 weeks, but honestly, I could stretch it out even longer if I wanted to because I’ve never once had a broken nail! The team is super friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. It’s definitely worth the price for the quality and consistency you get. Couldn’t recommend them more!
