I had an absolutely incredible experience working with Dena at 80Twenty. From our very first conversation, she was clear, communicative, and genuinely invested in my success. She kept me in the loop every step of the way, provided helpful context and feedback before each round, and made what’s usually a stressful process feel smooth and supportive. What stood out most was how much of an advocate Dena was throughout the entire experience. She took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next role and made sure I felt prepared and confident at every stage. I always felt like she had my back. Dena is hands-down one of the best recruiters I’ve ever worked with -- thoughtful, responsive, and truly exceptional at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough!

I had an excellent experience working with Taylor throughout the recruitment process. She was responsive, transparent, and communicated timelines and expectations clearly. She took the time to understand my background, advocated for me with the hiring team, and shared helpful context that made it much easier to prepare. Even as details evolved on the client side, she kept me updated and supported throughout. I highly recommend Taylor and the 80Twenty Team!

I had a fantastic experience working with Rob at 80Twenty. Throughout the entire recruitment process, he was incredibly accessible, professional, and transparent. He provided clear and timely updates, which made the experience seamless. Even though the role ultimately moved in a different direction, Rob took the time to provide thoughtful, genuine feedback after my final interview. It’s rare to find a recruiter so invested in the candidate experience. I highly recommend Rob and the 80Twenty team!

I've worked with Rob Norris at 80Twenty Talent Agency. We connected over LinkedIn on several roles that fit my profile. In my previous experience, recruiters have reminded me of real estate agents - they make the initial introduction, expect the candidate to do all of the legwork, and offer little to no follow-up, while getting a commission check. However, to my surprise, Rob was incredibly proactive with the process. Soon after my interviews, I would already have a message from him asking how the conversations went, or with feedback and next steps. It's refreshing to see this type of attention, especially during a time when there are more candidates than available positions.
