I met Jamie several years ago, when I did some personal training with him, before he opened A1 with Kevin I can say as a personal trainer, he is knowledgeable, kind and he can adapt any moment to your requirements. Which makes the training more comfortable for any one of any ability or age. Personally I have some knee trouble and he was able to get my body to the point of very limited pain and now several years later I still apply the same moments and stretches. I have been coming to A1 since 2024 attending the group fitness classes. The group classes are fun, challenging and no matter your goals are you will be able to achieve them. Whichever trainer is running the class you’ll be in good hands Jamie, Kevin, James or Asia are all top shelf. During the class they will accommodate movements to your specifications, so they are always on the ball to ensure anyone in the class is being challenged to the best of their abilities. And if they feel you can push a heavier weight or do more, they will push you to do that ensuring that all members are doing their best. As someone with no prior gym experience, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at A1 Performance Club. From my initial phone call, Jamie was friendly, welcoming and ready to answer all my questions. I was then paired with Asia, and training with her over the past six months has been the best! Asia is a phenomenal trainer. She is patient, mindful of my pace of learning and customizes her approach to support my growth. She never pushes me beyond my limits, yet consistently inspires me to reach further. Her supportive approach makes me feel at ease and confident in my abilities, often showing me that I’m capable of more than I expected. Asia’s positivity and encouragement make every session enjoyable, and her passion for fitness is evident in the way she teaches. She is skilled at teaching proper technique and helping me build a strong mind-body connection. She helps me meet my fitness goals and is always happy to answer my questions. I always leave our sessions feeling energized and accomplished, and I truly look forward to each one. I haven't worked with the other trainers, however with the interactions I've had with them they are friendly and professional and create a positive environment. Beyond the training, I appreciate that the gym is nice and clean, well-maintained, and offers convenient parking. My experience at A1 Performance Club has given me the motivation and confidence to invest in my health and fitness and I’m excited to continue this journey with them!
My husband and I first signed on with Kevin as a personal trainer 7 years ago and realized immediately how knowledgeable he was of various exercises and techniques that were exactly right for us. Now at A1 Performance, we feel at ease knowing that Kevin’s experience and expertise are helping us stay fit and helping to alleviate some pain with back and neck issues we both seem to be having right now. Working out with A1 Performance Club has been a fantastic experience! The workouts are well designed, fun and impactful. James always keeps the energy high and attending the workouts is a lot of fun!
