⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Introduction to Reformer Pilates! I am about to complete the Reformer101 Pilates course and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt welcomed, supported, and excited to begin something new. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging—she makes sure to explain each movement clearly and takes the time to help everyone get comfortable with the equipment. What really stands out is the attention to form and body awareness. Even as a beginner, I feel confident and empowered throughout the class. The pace is perfect, and I appreciated how modifications were offered for all fitness levels. I left the sessions feeling stronger, more aligned, and surprisingly energized. The studio itself is beautiful, clean and bright which adds to the whole experience. If you’ve been curious about trying Reformer Pilates but feeling a little intimidated, this intro course is exactly what you need. It is fun, educational, and such a great investment in my well-being. I can’t wait to come back!
I really credit the start of my fitness journey to MVMNT House! I was intrigued by the Reformer 101 due to its structure and overall value, which was important to a beginner like me. When I called to inquire, I expressed feeling intimidated due to being very out of shape and lacking endurance and flexibility as a result. Dani was so reassuring and encouraging in a genuine way that it got me to sign up right away! The Reformer 101 program is an excellent introduction to reformer pilates as it is consistent and in a small group setting with the same people for 6 weeks. I really knew nothing and found the classes to be highly approachable. The additional drop in classes that are included had me doing reformer pilates twice a week right away, and gave me an idea of the kind of flow I prefer. I have found all the classes (101 and drop in) to have a steady pace with positively challenging moments; even the slower paced Stretch class had me sweating! Michelle exclusively teaches all the reformer pilates classes, and she is an awesome instructor. Aside from being personable, she is highly knowledgeable and passionate about fitness in general. She is attentive to the group and everyone in it, and I really like that she supports with correct positioning and gives effective alternatives based on mobility/strength. The 6 week commitment to 101 was a big step for me, and it was a lot to personally navigate. I had been sedentary for years and intimidated by anything fitness related due to how physically weak I had become from obesity and drastic weight fluctuations. The 101 commitment definitely pushed me but Michelle created such a safe space that by the end of the 101, I had a whole new awareness of my body and my connection to it. My intention in starting 101 was simply to get moving; physical results were not even on my radar given my starting point and 6 weeks is generally a fairly short time frame to see results. But by the end of 101, I noticed a difference in my strength, flexibility and overall improved physique. Now I am 3 months into reformer pilates (well over 6 weeks post-101) and officially a pilates girl! Thanks so much Michelle, looking forward to getting even stronger!

If you've been meaning to try Pilates Reformer classes, I highly recommend trying out MVMNT House. These workouts are amazing! If you want real change to your body without lifting heavy weights in the gym, but yet with quicker, more effective results and so much safer on your joints, then this workout is for you! Think long, lean, toned ballerina body. Expert guidance through the whole experience too. These workouts leave your body trembling, in a good way! You will never want to return to "the gym" again!!
