I have to do a shoutout to this amazing business. I've purchased things in store which are always of the highest quality and reasonably and fairly priced. I have not done any of the in person classes (its on my list) but definitely have taken advantage of the free online offerings. Currently doing the Gratitude offering for Lionsgate and we are getting valuable information for FREE and being expertly guided into a better state of being. A state that encourages abundance in all forms. The fact that this stuff is often offered for free shows a true collective passion from Trista and her energy, her genuine heart, and her teachings are beyond appreciated. She deserves 6 stars for everything she offers:)

I've been taking classes with Above Average for a couple of years now. I was doing drop in when I came to town and then added a virtual membership. I love the classes. Each instructor is unique but they all give options for accommodations if a pose might be challenging. Last year I decided to commit to one of the Women's retreats. I just returned from an amazing trip in Mexico. Everything was coordinated for us. I cannot express what a wonderful experience it was. Excellent locations, stunning excursions and experiences. Wonderful yoga sessions and opportunities to enjoy the beautiful ocean, views, food, scenery, people and culture. I met amazing women who I got to share all of this with. I was nervous to be on a trip I didn't plan the details for but Trista with Above Average really takes great care to accommodate everyone and make sure we all had a great experience. I'd highly recommend both the classes and any of the workshops or retreats. They're professionally done while also being curated experiences.

Trista is an excellent facilitator and plans life changing retreats. She really knows the local areas and schedules amazing excursions (cenotes, swimming with manatees, snorkelling, etc). She is familiar with local restaurants, has great recommendations and has gotten us delicious meals. The yoga, breath work, women’s circles all fantastic. 10/10, exceeded my expectations

This is not your average yoga studio. Of course they have amazing yoga classes however this place is completely inclusive. They are a no judgement, safe place for everyone of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to practice yoga and heal from the inside out. They have amazing workshops like Restorative Yoga with Reiki & Sound Healing, Art Journaling, and Breathwork to name a few. Gem heaven! The variety of gems, minerals and stones is amazing. Give yourself lots of time to browse! We received lovely customer service from Linda. She was very patient and kind in her interactions with me and my 7 year old boys. Such a fun shopping experience! ETA: I came back two more times within the same week. The entire staff and owner are lovely and helpful. 😊
