Such a welcoming space, you can tell there is a true sense of community. Super clean. Instructor was accommodating to me 36 weeks pregnant (in a non prenatal class), highly suggest

The space is really nice, I signed up for a pre-registered prenatal yoga class. I only concern is the speed of the class leaving me out of breath at 30 weeks pregnant, and it hurting my wrists. I didn’t feel like we were stretching we doing anything specific to prenatal needs as much so just running through a classic yoga class. She did have some good insight and had a great discussion with everyone at the beginning of the class.

Had my first class here and really enjoyed it! I left feeling really good about the whole experience and will definitely be back. Update: Leaving 5 stars as I truly love this studio, but I haven't been back in some time as there were too many classes that had subs, too much "this is not the place to push yourself", and then when I was pushed where I wasn't comfortable, my hips were clicking & sore for weeks. Not really sure how I feel, it was different every class & there was no enjoyable consistency like I experienced the first few classes that I attended.

Excellent teachers with fun personalities! I loved the teachers I've been able to experience at Yoga Within. They made the class really fun and energized, which can be hard to do with a large class. The studio space is plentiful and the atmosphere is warm and positive. They have a nice shop set up too! It features beautiful pieces of clothing and decor items (more than just your traditional yoga gear). The class schedule is uncomplicated and easy to attend with many options for different skill levels. The studio was recommended to me by two friends and I would recommend it to anyone. Prices are comparable to other yoga studios, there's flexible options in passes. If you haven't found a yoga home yet this should be on your list of locations to try!
