Wonderful instructors with a wide variety of class times and styles. Mats and props all layed out prior to class so all you need to bring is clothes and a water bottle and pick a spot to lay down. Beautiful studio in a historic building. Strongly recommend giving this new independent studio a try. Classes are $11.10 if you buy the 20 pass for $222.

I was new to yoga and discovered Jungle Wellness online. It is close to where I live so I thought I would enroll in a few private yoga classes to learn a bit about the practice. I met Silvia and from day 1 I was so impressed. She’s truly the kindest person and very knowledgeable about yoga. She was always in tune with how I was feeling for the session before and after. The space is relaxing and having all the proper equipment at my fingertips was so nice. Her prices are very reasonable as well. If anyone has a chance to try out her classes I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I had never practiced yoga before signing up for private lessons with Silvia at The Jungle, but I'm so glad I decided to try it out! My husband and I signed up for private sessions with the goal to build a solid foundation and gain the confidence we needed to join group classes, and from our very first session, we were totally hooked! Silvia is incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time during our first session to get to know us - our goals, any physical limitations, and what we hoped to get out of our practice. From there, she thoughtfully guided us through a progression of poses, stretches, and breathing techniques, ensuring we always felt safe, supported, and empowered. Each session built on the last, gradually introducing us to new poses and working up to flows that were accessible to our skill level and deeply rewarding. Silvia’s approach is not only intuitive and patient but also deeply respectful of where each student is in their journey. We never once felt overwhelmed, and she always built in time to check in on how we felt about the practice, what we enjoyed, and what might have been more challenging. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful! It's a peaceful and calming space in downtown Edmonton, and fully equipped with top-tier props and mats. The Scoria cork mats are amazing and I will definitely be picking one up for myself! If you’re curious about yoga, or you're looking for a new studio with a calm, friendly vibe and exceptional instructors, do yourself a favor and check out The Jungle. The jungle is such a beautiful and thoughtful space. I took Kendall’s class and absolutely loved it. If you live or work downtown I urge you to check it out and even if you don’t, it is worth the trip into the city! Vibe is immaculate!

Silvia/ Jungle Wellness came highly recommended, and did not disappoint. Our corporate event had about 75 participants. She arrived early to survey the space. We had a great discussion on what we were looking for. She was very personable and adapted well to any changes. The class itself was great, and she was able to modify it for all to enjoy, from beginners to advanced. I would highly recommend for any size event, and I hope to come into studio soon. Would definetly use again.
