Dropped off my laptop to get repaired from a display problem. They are an authorized Apple repair shop and were able to order the parts and repair it. I really like their system for communication via email/text. Laptop came back perfect and everything covered from my Apple care.

I was staying with friends in Aurora during a house remodel, and wouldn't you know, my battery failed. Strobe light effect out of the keyboard and enough heat to bake cookies. I took it to the store, and like many other customers, immediately got lost in Stanley Marketplace. I used my iPhone to find their shop, tucked into a space upstairs. They discussed what would happen and how long it would take (3-5 business days or more depending on Apple) and made sure they had everything they needed. It did end up taking a full week, but I'd rather support a good local business and have to be inconvenienced for a few more days. I would definitely use them again if I lived on the east side of Denver or Aurora.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Am visiting from out of state, which I often do. My work computer suddenly stopped charging. Thought I was looking at a $500-$1500 bill … they got it up and running while I waited, and I was on my way. Customer for life when I’m in the area! I wish I had everyone’s names to thank them personally!! FAB staff!! Thank you both!
