Exceptional customer service. Easy, in and out. Answered all my questions. Great Apple care. They offer classes and new device sales with potential discounts.
I was staying with friends in Aurora during a house remodel, and wouldn't you know, my battery failed. Strobe light effect out of the keyboard and enough heat to bake cookies. I took it to the store, and like many other customers, immediately got lost in Stanley Marketplace. I used my iPhone to find their shop, tucked into a space upstairs. They discussed what would happen and how long it would take (3-5 business days or more depending on Apple) and made sure they had everything they needed. It did end up taking a full week, but I'd rather support a good local business and have to be inconvenienced for a few more days. I would definitely use them again if I lived on the east side of Denver or Aurora.
I’d give 10 stars if I could. Am visiting from out of state, which I often do. My work computer suddenly stopped charging. Thought I was looking at a $500-$1500 bill … they got it up and running while I waited, and I was on my way. Customer for life when I’m in the area! I wish I had everyone’s names to thank them personally!! FAB staff!! Thank you both!
It is in Stanley Market Place and difficult to locate - that place is a maze. There was nothing quick about their service. 2-3 days to do their “diagnostic tests” @ $49 every time you take your item in and then another 7 working days to fix it. So, if you drop it off on a Friday, don’t plan on getting it back for at least a week and a half. $99 to back it up unless you do it yourself but you sign a consent that they can’t guarantee what will happen if they don’t back it up. So that is $150 before anything is done. I knew what was wrong but of course I had to go through all the hoops. I dropped it off at 2:30 pm. They close at 4 pm. I called & went back when they opened at 10am the next day because I needed it for some unforeseen work. It then became clear that I wouldn’t be able to return it and I wanted the diagnostic charge refunded. Lo and behold! In the space of 2 working hours they had run the diagnostic work up that was supposed to take 2-3 days to complete. It confirmed that the only thing wrong was the one item that I told them about. Then, if I was to bring it back 2 days later to get the repair done, there would be another diagnostic 49$ charge. I was in a time crunch and told them that even if they came up with other problems, I only wanted the one item repaired. They didn’t want to do that. It started feeling as if I was going to get handed a list of new problems. Of note, they missed that the battery needs replacement and they changed some automatic back up settings that I hadn’t set. They would probably deny this but I NEVER set Adobe up for automatic backup. Needless to say. I am not going back.
Alas, your team couldn't save my 9-year-old warhorse of a MacBook, which had a severely swollen battery and other age-related maladies. However, by saved the data—including all bookmarks, passwords, apps and more—and set me up with a new, more robust MacBook Air that can handle all the print, digital and video material I generate. I greatly appreciated the inexpensive rental you provided, which allowed me not to miss any of my project deadlines. Also, Zach was great at communicating what was wrong with my computer, and why he didn't recommend repairing it. The customer service was prompt, thoughtful and highly informed. Thank you!!!
