Cade is such a VIBRANT and uplifting instructor. I felt motivated throughout the whole entire process and felt like I was able to push myself through the whole workout.
My sister in law brought us here and we had the most intense workout of our lives! 😂 Doug the instructor was so high energy and encouraging. We wanted to start the new year with a good start and it was very inspirational to join the full body workout. My hubby and I could not keep up but we did our best and tried to go at our own pace. The early 7:10am class was pretty full and Doug was so friendly to us as newcomers!
Just a place for standard HIIT class in a small space. While the coaching is professional, but front desk dude definitely not the sharpest one. could be improved, as the general staff didn't seem particularly attentive or well-informed
It was my first time attending a class at Barry’s, and I had an amazing experience! The instructor was incredibly welcoming and encouraging throughout the entire session. The energy, the music, and the overall atmosphere kept me motivated and made the workout so much fun. I truly appreciated the time, attention, and support he provided to make sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I have been going yo Barry for more than 2 years! Love the workouts it truely pushes me everyday.. 6.00 am class is the best. Great vibe and highly recommend Barry's ❤️
