I can’t say enough good things about Beacon ER! I woke up at 3am to my bed covered in droll from my guy. We thought he was just nauseous and could maybe sleep it off but waking up to that really made me nervous. Took him in and was met with the most kind and professional women! I didnt feel pressured into spending money on things I didn’t feel were necessary (as such as an X-ray since I knew there was no way he had gotten into anything)… They started with a oral exam then did some blood work and gave him some medication. Dr. Paige is awesome! Showed me pictures she had taken from the exam of an ulcer inside of his mouth. ER visits are always scary but I felt so at ease being there. From the clean & comfort environment to amazing/caring staff I will always choose beacon in case of any furture emergencies! Also wanted to shout out the other two women who helped Dr. Paige! I can’t remember their names but top tier customer service! Thank you all
This practice is the best 'Emergency' vet staff I've ever seen. Very prompt, caring and considerate of both my dog's and my stress and comfort levels. They took the time to carefully evaluate my fur baby's symptoms and offer reasonable treatment without pressuring me to commit to a lot of expensive and probably unnecessary tests. They gave me reasonable direction on caring for her at home. Absolutely, Beacon has my support and gratitude. They even called me to follow up the next day.
The staff truly went above and beyond to care for me and my dog during a traumatic emergency. I called them in distress and they were waiting outside for us when we got there and treated her immediately. They communicated to me very clearly throughout the entire process and checked in on me and my dog multiple times after our visit. My dog loved the staff so much and she was so cared for while dealing with a scary situation. Bug and I will never be able to thank them enough.
My 16 year old Chihuahua was sick and I took her here for the first time at 5am with no appointment. I was very impressed with how clean and inviting the office is. The staff and vet have good bedside manner. My dog was seen right away. The treatment plan wasn’t overtly aggressive and the staff explained everything and we decided together on the right course of action. They were not guilting me into anything I decided to not do. They took good care of my baby. I would say for an ER vet appointment the cost was reasonable. I would definitely come back if needed and would highly recommend this office to anyone.
I can’t thank Dr. Matthews, Hunter, and their emergency vet team enough! They were able to quickly pinpoint exactly what was going on with my dog and start the right treatment right away. The staff was not only knowledgeable, attentive, and kind but also took into consideration of my financial situation when taking action steps. They walked me through each step, explained all the options clearly, and made sure my pup got the care she needed without adding unnecessary stress. Truly grateful for their compassion and professionalism during such a scary time. Highly recommend!
