It‘s usually a good sign to find a line of people waiting outside to get in, hence it was in this case too. Worth every second and I would even wait an hour to enter this pastry heaven, in a good friend‘s neighborhood (lucky him). Had and tried many good things in the world, but this gem still had some culinary treasures to hide. Absolutely delicious, sweet and savory, both were great. Unfortunately I ran in to this place on my final day, before heading back east over the big pond again, but I already know where to pop up next time I’m in the twin cities.

Such a cute & cozy coffee shop! We tried the éclair, almond poppy seed cake & an egg croissant sandwich, everything was delicious, flavorful & fresh. The staff was super nice & I loved the ambiance as well!

Our first visit was for takeout, and we instantly regretted not ordering more. The flavors were so fresh, and everything embodied what pastry perfection should be. Delicious, beautifully made, and very reasonably priced. We’ll absolutely be back whenever we’re in MN again

Do not get the tuna melt. I expected a delicious slightly oversized sandwich for the hefty $15 price tag but instead received a regular sandwich with as much tuna as you would expect mayonnaise (a teaspoon spread as thin as possible). I wonder if they flew in and gutted the fish themselves to account for this. I am seriously so surprised. It tasted like toasted bread with cheese (and tomato if it was lucky enough to be the middle two bites). They should advertise this as a vegetarian sandwich. Spent $50 here and probably would not come back. I did enjoy the chocolate banana croissant. Matcha was very milky, not a strong matcha taste.

Such a cute cafe just by the roadside. Just make sure you are there early( by the afternoon, they already ran out of most bakery stuffs 😭) I mean it makes sense because they have short hours of operation! Beautiful place if you want to explore local bakery and cafes
