I’ve been attending Body by BootCamp for over 10 years and it is still challenging and never a dull workout. Tracy is a great trainer. She consistently changes the workout routine, introducing games within a workout that makes it fun and challenging. You workout at your own pace - low or high impact - you choose. You also get to workout with a fun group of ladies who are always willing to help you if you need it. I personally think Body by Bootcamp offers more of a functional training that helps with balance & coordination to strength and flexibility that supports you with daily life. Highly recommend it!

Body by Bootcamp is the best fitness group I’ve ever been a part of. It’s a laid back, no pressure vibe, and you get what you put into it. Tracy is an amazing human and equally brilliant coach. Her workouts are NEVER the same, so you never get bored. They are challenging but also easily modified for any level of fitness. I’ve recommended her program to many of my friends and highly recommended it to any woman who’s ready to start a new fitness journey or just add in something fun and new into their workout routine.
