As a beginner to boxing, Bredwinners was exactly what I wanted. It was more boxing than just a cardio class and worked on making sure I had the right technique. The classes are much smaller than other boxing gyms in Manhattan so you get a lot of time with the coaches (vs. other boxing gyms where they had me catching punches from other beginners). Mike and Ruben are the best!

Nahh, not worth it (especially for the high price). The place itself is small and can feel crowded because of that. They play music through one of those small portable speakers you take to the beach. The coaching itself sucked. The trainer did show me some technique but it felt more of a conditioning class than an actual boxing class. Luckily, I found a different boxing gym which was way better price and coaching.

Fantastic gym with personalized training and no lack of attention to their clients. All of the trainers are motivating, inspiring and unique in their training styles. I have personally jumped around to take advantage of the expertise of all the trainers. Kat, Frankie, Ruben, Mike, Ayo - you really can't go wrong. And of course the leader of the pack, Josh. I have been attending classes at this gym for over a year now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

One of the best, if not THE best, boxing class I have attended. Trainer Mike is fantastic and really helped me inprove the basics - footwork, movement and getting the most out of your punches. Highly recommend if you want to improve, wether you are a beginner or a pro. Whenever I am in NY this is will be my number #1 gym to go to. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and the classes have a good vibe, welcoming you right from the start. Cannot recommend it enough.

Best boxing gym in NYC, period!!! Best coaches, amazing community, prime location and unmatched vibes! Been with Bredwinners since they open back in 2021 and leant everything here from throwing the basic punches to actually fighting in NY tournaments! Never imagine I would stick to a sport for this long but Bredwinners makes it happen. The class size here is small capped at 6 people, which means you get a lot of personal attention! It’s gonna be a no-frills experience for absolute beginners and veteran fighters alike. The classes are really well structured with a lot of mitt work, partner drills as well as conditioning exercises. In boxing, you are forever a student. Bredwinners make you 1% better each time and you will walk out of the gym picking up something new, correcting a bad habit and getting better stamina. No matter your boxing and fitness level, you will sweat, suffer, most likely curse at one point but smile 🤣. Most importantly the coaches here are not only professional but they really really really care about you getting better! Huge thanks to Josh, Ruben and Frankie who have always been at my corner 🥊. The Bredwinners community are truly a second family to me! Definitely try this place out and you won’t regret!
