Called for a repair. Had to wait a few days, and then no one showed up. I called and they said their technician was stuck on another job. They would have to reschedule for next week, after I had paid $225 to have the manufacturer overnight the part, and they knew there was a new tenant moving in.

I ordered a spa cover from them.(sent measurements myself as they charge $180 to come out and measure) After 6 weeks, I was advised it was "damaged while being loaded " Waited another 2 weeks. The technician arrived - did not ring door or advise us at all that he was here and in our back yard. He broke the lifter that was in place. I got an estimate within 30 minutes quoting over $1000 for a new lifter!!! Sent photos to owner -?Paul. He ordered part. 10 days later technician apparently came - again without notifying us, installed the part and left. This is worst business I have dealt with . Steer clear

Great company to work with, they did an amazing job servicing my hot tub that had not been in use for a long time. They cleaned it and serviced it and it now looks beautiful!

I have a in ground hot tub. Bought a new heater and hooked everything up, but would circulate. I called Cal service and over the phone, Paul told .e exactly how to fix my problem!! Paul and crew is a great find!!!
