I had an exceptional experience working with Melissa, Camryn, and Aynsley at Career Group. Thanks to their expertise and strong network, I landed interviews for roles I likely wouldn’t have access to otherwise and ultimately received a full-time offer with a top client. I’m incredibly grateful for the time and care they put into refining my resume, preparing me for interviews, advocating on my behalf, coordinating logistics, and negotiating compensation. This was my first experience working with a recruiting agency, and it truly exceeded my expectations.I can’t recommend Career Group enough!

I loved working with Claire Fontana at Career Group. She found me on LinkedIn asking if I wanted to talk about a role she was placing. That role ended up becoming my next job and I'm super happy there. Claire was a great resource along the way, always keeping me informed on next steps and being a fantastic sounding board. Highly recommend working with her!

I had a fantastic experience working with Claire at Career Group. She was incredibly supportive, communicative, and invested in helping me find the right fit. Thanks to her guidance, I found a great role that that is a perfect fit for me. I found her to be different than other recruiters that I had worked with in the past as she regularly checks in and maintains great communication with her clients. Highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for a recruiter!

My time working with Claire and the rest of the team at Career Group has been wonderful! I was able to land interviews for positions that I likely wouldn't have thanks to their inside network while also receiving interview prep/advice and resume tips and tricks. I would highly recommend their services to anyone currently in the job market!

I had an outstanding experience working with Claire Fontana and the entire Career Group team. The opportunities I was presented with were exciting, but what stood out most was Claire herself. She was professional, detail-oriented, and refreshingly transparent throughout the process. Claire made me feel genuinely valued and set me up for success at every stage. She not only prepped me thoroughly for each interview but also followed up directly with the interviewers and guided me step by step along the way. I always felt supported. I was never left waiting or with unanswered questions. In a world where great recruiters can be hard to find, Claire is a rare gem. Anyone who has the chance to work with her is truly fortunate!
