Lori Ashton made my employment dreams come true!!! I was temping in the Fi-Di and wanted a permanent role. I met with Lori and I didn't just "get a job," she matched my skill set and my high energy personality with THE perfect office!! I met with Lori and landed MY dream job in SIX days!!! I met with Lori on a Wednesday had my first interview that Friday, my second interview Monday and landed the perfect job for me by Tuesday of the following week!!! This job is exactly in the area that I wanted to work in, paid MORE than I'd hoped for, and the BEST part was the culture of the office is just so perfect!! I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for Ruby Peak! Lori and David went above and beyond my employment desires!! If you are looking for an agency that sincerely cares about making a partnership work for both parties, Ruby Peak excels at that. They represent GREAT companies and they take the time to match the appropriate clients with those companies to form lasting partnerships. Also, being a Ruby Peak candidate seems to carry some weight with employers -- at least two of my new co-workers also came from Ruby Peak, and I believe that helped my chances of landing the job. I highly recommend Ruby Peak!

I've worked with Ruby Peak twice for a temp role and a permanent placement. Both experiences were incredible. Lori is fantastic to work with. I've used lots of different recruiting agencies but Ruby Peak is by far the best experience I've had. Lori was thorough, attentive, and a great communicator throughout the process. With her help I felt prepared for my interviews! Ruby Peak really cares about their clients, both the individuals and the companies, and they make sure to find the best fit for both parties. I would highly recommend Ruby Peak Recruiting!!
