DLS is not a yoga studio, it’s a subscription trap with mats. Their entire model is designed to lock you in and steal money, and I’ve learned my experience is not unique. They have a growing reputation in Hamilton’s yoga community for people having trouble cancelling. I tried to cancel two weeks before my renewal. I was then informed that my “30 day notice” wouldn’t start until after my next payment, effectively making it a 45-day cancellation. It’s a deliberately deceptive loophole. The app is part of the scam, showing a fake “cancellation confirmed” pop-up while your card is still charged. When I asked why, they hid behind “it’s standard.” No, it’s theft. It’s predatory. Imagine being laid off and forced to pay for another month of yoga instead of buying groceries. That’s their business model. Do not give this company your money or your trust. Go anywhere else.

De La Sol is a wonderful place to practice. The studio has so many teachers, no yoga class is ever the same. You can really sense the community feel from your first class! If you're a beginner or life long yogi, there is a class for everyone.

Fantastic class and experience! The instructor was sensational and led with wonderful clarity and warmth. I so appreciated the class opening with poetry and breath work and finishing with cool down and a grounding meditation. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I felt comfortable and invited in. A great way to work up a sweat while grounding the mind, body, and spirit!
