I have been an Ultimate member for almost a year now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about it! Ultimate truly made me fall in love with Pilates and every class is a wonderful experience. Their studios are in great locations and offer a variety of classes for all types of levels. The cost of memberships are super fair and I love having unlimited classes available to book. They also have towels and water available for you if needed which is super convenient. The instructors are just wonderful and so friendly, they truly love what they do and I always leave my workouts feeling amazing (and sweaty!). Both Lisa and Simon do an amazing job managing the studios and provide outstanding service, always so helpful and friendly when they’re at the studio. I switched over to this new Hamilton mountain location in December when they opened since it’s closer to me in distance, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful lighting, equipment, and decor that makes working out even better. So happy with this studio and I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Ultimate Hot Yoga & Pilates Hamilton for just over a week now and have been trying a variety of classes, including Pilates and hot yoga, to really get a feel for the studio. I can honestly say this is the best studio I’ve come across in many, many years — and I’ve been to a lot of studios. Every instructor is absolutely amazing: knowledgeable, welcoming, and motivating, no matter your experience level. The classes are challenging but accessible, and I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and energized. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a great atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and supported. I’m so glad I found this place and highly recommend Ultimate Hot Yoga & Pilates Hamilton to anyone looking for high-quality classes and an outstanding studio experience.

Just when I thought Ultimate HPY couldn’t get any better, they open a second location and smashed their grand opening! The new studio is stunning, modern and beautifully decorated with the smallest, most thoughtful touches. The classes are amazing, with the BEST pilates and yoga instructors you’ll ever meet. Complimentary water, towels, and equipment that’s needed for class. Memberships are extremely affordable for a high-end studio. And of course the owners, Lisa and Saimon make Ultimate what it is, and it’s truly the best studio around. Highly recommend always!

I had a very positive experience at Ultimate Hot Pilates & Yoga – Hamilton Mountain. After being sick for several weeks and unable to exercise, it was such a relief to finally return to movement, and this class was exactly what I needed. The instructor was fantastic—clear, encouraging, and very attentive. The hot room was excellent, and the overall ambiance created a welcoming and motivating environment. I also enjoyed experiencing a new space, which added to the sense of renewal and energy. The only areas where I would offer feedback are the sound system, which was crackling at times, and the absence of a change room. Neither detracted significantly from my experience, but they are worth noting. Overall, this was a great fit for me, and I will definitely continue attending classes at this location.

What a beautiful studio. From the moment you walk in you automatically feel comfortable. The owner Lisa is amazing and her staff and all the coaches match her vibe. They are all so kind and friendly. The classes are insane!!! From the infrared red lights to the heat and the outstanding Pilates classes. I am hooked! I have finally found a Pilates studio that I can go to on a daily basis and feel amazing every time. So happy I found this place.
