When I first walked in there was a horrible smell. I overlooked it nothing Febreeze couldn't handle. I went to check the restroom and the toilet had urine stains. I told myself I can overlook it and clean myself. That night after settling in and going to sleep, the upstairs neighbor began stomping. I requested to change rooms after a while I got a response and told myself I was just doing too much I'm settled there, & I'll stay. The stomping became irritating when it woke me out of my sleep. It went on throughout the night and my whole stay only getting louder and more constant. The host said they would talk to the guest, but that did nothing. The walls were super thin I could hear the neighbor cussing his cat out in the middle of the night. I also heard the other neighbor during a domestic dispute next door and had to call 911. I didn't even want to leave that space after that. I also had a random guy knock on my door late at night, obviously under the influence looking for someone. The washer didn't work so my clothes sat in water for awhile. The "dog park" wasnt clean and had dog poo everywhere. The place wasnt cleaned how they said it was. After doing my leaving duties I finally found all the dishes and silverware in the dishwasher. It didn't ruin my trip but I know my trip would've been a lot better had this place not been what feels like a traphouse with a slumlord. This whole experience was just bizarre this place needs to be investigated and or shut down
The place was completely dirty, not at all hygienic for a 3-year-old. We stayed there because of its location near my family, but we had problems from the very beginning because they didn't answer, when we tried to put the access code and didn't work, which judging by other reviews, doesn't seem to change regularly. They had to give us a key. The shower was in bad shape and desperately needed maintenance. There were cockroaches, and the sink was filthy. I had to buy bleach, a scouring pad, and dish soap to wash the dishes that were already dirty before we arrived and to wash what we used. They don't even provide anything for you to clean yourself. My daughter couldn't go barefoot because the floor was covered in dust, dog and human hair, it also felt sticky. I don't understand why check-in is so late if they don't even clean, and check-out is so early. Leaving and returning the key was another problem because there was no safe place to leave it, and they didn't answer. A very bad experience. The only good coment is that the park near is very nice.
The room is in a very bad shape! Everything is dirty, dishes, sink, also they don't have the proper things of a house, no enough silverware. I asked them to come and clean, and they never came. I asked for more towels, because we are 3, we just got 2, and they never brought it! The bathtub was in a very bad conditions, it flooded, and it is old! They don't have cleaning stuffs like broom, mop, bucket to clean! The sofa has stains and a cigarette burn. The blinds are in a bad shape too. All the dishes with stains, the sink too. I will never come back here, it doesn't worth it!! The lock of the door didn't work, I have to use a key instead, they said they will come to fix, and they never come!! Definitely I will asked for a refund, my daughter clean the place! I don't recommend to stay here!
It’s so hard to find reasonable places to stay when you have multiple pets. Our complex was doing maintenance and we needed to find someplace to stay at the last minute that would accommodate cats. No pet fee and right at downtown dallas? This was a lifesaver! Our room was clean, the ac worked too well honestly (it was cold!) and it was quiet. It was a short stay but a great stay. Would definitely visit again.
It was pretty okay, the bedroom itself was pretty good, and the bathroom was nice, it came with soaps and towels. The kitchen wasn't really used by us, but the dishes were dirty when we got there, washing them didn't even make me want to use them. The service was pretty nice, they were very polite and understanding and patient. The location on the other hand would not recommend you stay here if you're young or a woman. There's a small lot to park your car, but if the wrong person hangs out there, it can be a very off putting space.
