Do not recommend all around, booked online through a third party and looked like a nice place decided on booking for a trip for our family with 2 toddlers and a baby once we got there it was nothing like it was advertised, people walking around everywhere, people tweaking, walking close to our vehicle, first person I spoke to once I got in the lobby was rude and didn’t want to help me or speak with me, he made me wait before finally speaking to me then was told to wait until 3 to check in if not you get charged a $20.00 fee for checking in early so we waited till it got close to 3PM, then went back and asked to check out the room before checking in and staying my husband went to our room and check it out, room was not clean, smelled nasty, did not have a fridge or microwave, or a deadbolt lock for safety just a regular lock which for having a family is not safe, even my husband didn’t feel safe enough to get our bags off the car or just the thought of leaving things in the car, all around was not a safe area to take your family, will not go back, was unable to get a refund or being able to just cancel, so got ripped off. Do not recommend and will not be returning.
The owner is very rude and tried to blame me and my family for the bed bug and roach infestations they have in that place. There is black mold growing in the bathrooms the toilet was stained with blood there are very large cockroaches in these rooms the sheets are dingy the floors are dirty even after being cleaned. The only good thing to say about this place is a few staff members were very nice and accommodating. They also tried to keep the deposit and the room rent we had just paid when they threw us out saying the room was damaged. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON BEING EATEN ALIVE EVERY NIGHT. Code enforcement needs to shut this place down it's unsanitary for anybody to rent from there. Go elsewhere. They act like they don't like certain people there and there is a whole drug room there as well. Definitely not worth the hell we were put through after living there for 6 months without a single problem then all of a sudden the owner decides to be rude 🤬 SAVE YOURSELF DONT GO HERE!!!!
I arrived at this hotel after driving 4.5 hours and desperately wanted to rest. The business is horribly nasty, old and unkept. People were standing around and possibly drugs being sold on the premises in the front and back. As soon as I pulled up I knew there was no way I would sleep there. Thankfully Holiday Inn around the corner had vacancies where it was clean and safe. DO NOT book with this hotel
If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! This place is so unprofessional. I booked a room for 2 nights! My first night was fine until I got up to use the restroom….my bed was covered with ROACHS!!! I immediately went to the front desk to complain. They said it was nothing they could do. Basically they wouldn’t give me a new room because someone might come to get a room. I find that lazy because if u were going to switch my rooms in the morning then why not do it now????!!!! Now I can say my second room (the next day) was much better. No roaches…however it’s just not a clean place. No microwave.., no fridge, no remote for the tv..,,,dirty towels and dirty bed spreads. Never coming back here and 0/10 do not recommend 🤮🤮
Stood for a week absolutely regretting ever booking this place. Staff was so rude the old white guy whom I believe is maintenance was the most disrespectful human being to walk earth.. He should not be working at all let alone around people. The security guard, she was a decent human being. And the cleaning ladies don't know how to knock before they enter a room.. I don't recommend this place at all it's a scary place especially at night. Walking dead 🧟♀️ 🧟♂️ zombie atmosphere!!
