This was the cardio sculpt class and I enjoyed this more than the flow 1.0 that I tried before. It would be helpful if they had an extra staff person help first timers out as it is hard for the instructor to teach and set up multiple participants at the same time

I signed up for a pick up class at Shady Grove Club Pilates while staying with my grandchildren. I hadn't been to a structured class for over a year due to surgery. I found Jessica to be a thorough instructor and gave good cueing about how to perform moves and what to expect next.
